Kindergarten Pre-Registration for 2009-2010
Union County Primary School
will be conducting Pre-registration by appointment.
Parents/Guardians need to contact the school
to schedule an appointment for
Monday, March 30 - Friday, April 3
9 AM - 11:40 AM and 12:40 PM - 2:00 PM

Children who turn 5 yrs. of age on or before September1st, 2009
are eligible to attend Kindergarten and will need to pre-register,
this includes any children who attended Pre-K or any other day
care facility during this school year.

The Parent/Guardian and child will need to be present for the scheduled appointment.
In addition, the following documents will need to be presented:
-- Proof of Union County residency
-- Certified copy of the child's birth certificate
-- Up-to-date immunization certificate on the appropriate Georgia form
-- A copy of the child's social security card.
