Testing Information

A student must pass all five of the graduation tests in order to receive a high school diploma.  English/Language Arts, math, science and social studies tests are given once each summer, fall, winter, and spring.  The writing portion is given in the summer, fall, and spring.  A student may take a test as many times as needed.  Students may check out study guides if needed.

* As required by Georgia BOE Policy, a student must register to retake any graduation test.  To register, please contact the guidance office.

* The test will begin promptly at the scheduled time.  Students who report late for testing will not be admitted.


*  Students must bring the following on testing day:

     1.  Social Security Number
     2.  Two sharpened #2 pencils
     3.  Ink pen w/ blue or black ink (Writing Test Only)
     4.  Regular Calculator (Math and Science Only)
             No graphing calculators allowed
