Notes from the Nurse

Before sending medication with your child, please read the following important information regarding medication. These are rules that are set by the State of Georgia. Following these guidelines will help us better serve your child.

1. Medication can not be given without signed permission.

2. Medication must be brought to school, it can not be transported on the bus.

3. Medication has to be in the original bottle, whether over-the-counter or perscription.
