New Student Registration (K-12)

Don't wait until school starts to register!
August 12th is the first day of classes for the 2021-2022 school year.  Waiting until the end of July or beginning of August to call for registration may cause your child to delay their first day of school.

Central Registration will be open through the summer.  Please call or email to get details on how to enroll.  Because summer office hours vary from week to week you might need to leave a message.  706-835-4321, [email protected]

* Please print and fill out enrollment packet(s) before attending your scheduled appointment and be prepared to bring all documents required for registration (listed in the enrollment packet below) with you.

*It is very important to have a withdrawal form, report card/transcripts, and any records for Special Programs (i.e. IEP, 504 Plans, Gifted...) with you in order to appropriately schedule your student for classes.

Non-Resident Application & Tuition Waiver

The Union County School System shall accept students for enrollment who reside in the state of Georgia, but outside the boundaries of Union County on a tuition basis and upon meeting the requirements of and compliance with policies JBCB and JBCB-R(1). The Union County School System does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in determining the admission of a nonresident student.

If you wish to apply for non-resident student status, contact the Union County School System Central Office at 706-745-2322.  This process needs to be started early enough for the school to request and receive records from your student’s previous school and for the principal to review the records and make a decision.
